A first generation Entrepreneur, Felix Paul founded GeneX India Bioscience Pvt Ltd, Chennai, in 2004 with a vision of creating a global professional company to cater the Biotech Research needs to various scientific institutes and industries.
Armed with a Masters in Life Science and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Madras and Madras Productivity Council and a nine-year stint in various biotech companies which he considered as part of his continuing education, he became an entrepreneur in 2004, a dream that he had nurtured since long.

With an intent to create and run an organization that would be primarily driven by its values, Felix Paul founded GeneX India Bioscience in 2004. His conviction that the firm’s business model makes a profound and positive impact on the lives of various people doing research, Felix Paul along with his team is now focusing on scaling the firm to global benchmarks.
His experience as a National Sales & Product Manager in his previous company along with the application trainings attended in various topics: molecular biology, cellular microscopy, interphase chromosome profiling and Proteomics has contributed to the overall growth of the company.
Felix Paul has gone through exclusive product trainings and lab sessions at many international Forums as a part of the job responsibility and practice to closely work with many Centres for Excellence across India. He has always been a part of all prominent science congresses across the country. In the business perspective, He has also received national and international acclaimed awards which includes Mahatma Gandhi Samman award at the House of Commons, UK
